Fire Weather Discussion as of 8:30 p.m. MDT Tuesday, October 7, 2025

The Fire Weather Discussion has ended for the 2025 Fire Season. It will only be updated as conditions warrant.

Aviation discussion as of 8:00 p.m. MDT Wednesday, March 25, 2026 valid through 10:00 p.m. MDT Thursday, March 26, 2026:

Scattered MVFR snow showers will persist through the evening before a more organized band of snow showers pushes across the valley around midnight. Could see conditions briefly drop down to IFR if heavier snow showers push through but likely remaining MVFR. Once this band clears anticipate a return to VFR conditions which should last through the remainder of the discussion period. Southwest winds this evening will become calm overnight then pick up again on Thursday afternoon from the west and southwest at 10 to 20 mph. Little to no runway accumulation from snowfall is anticipated.
